For twelve years, I served as a surgeon in rural Bihar, where close interaction with students, parents, and teachers revealed a hard truth: our education system often ignores the emotional, physical, and creative needs of children. As a doctor, I have seen children suffer from unsafe travel, academic pressure, and heavy school bags. Ten-year-olds visiting hospitals with back pain is a reality we have normalized. Though academically strong, I later realized I lacked holistic development, something many of my peers possessed through sports, arts, and confidence-building activities. After transforming healthcare in Bikramganj by establishing a modern, ethical 24/7 trauma hospital with outcomes comparable to metropolitan centers, we now turn to education.

In today's world, an ideal residential school is not a luxury-it is a necessity. We aim to nurture not only education student but also confident and compassionate citizens.
